Crest Nicholson is bringing forward proposals for residential development of 130 dwellings, including affordable housing and publicly accessible open spaces.

This website provides information on the latest proposals, which are still evolving and so this consultation provides an opportunity for the local community, including residents and businesses, to help shape the proposals. Details about the site and our current proposals are outlined below and on other pages on this website. Please take your time to review the proposals and to fill in the feedback section before 15th June 2026.

Your feedback will be considered by the project team before the scheme is finalised and an application is submitted to Stafford Borough Council.
